6.00 am to 7.30 am— Breathing exercises, Loosening Kriya, Surya Namaskara, Yoga Asanas, Rekaxation etc.,
7.30 am to 8.30 am— Pranayama Techniques, Pranayama Practice
8.30 am to 9.30 am— Breakfast
11.00 am to 12.00 pm— Walking (optional)
12.00 pm to 1.00 pm— Lunch Break
1.00 pm to 4:00 pm— Rest
4.00 pm to 5.00 pm— Yoga Asana Practice
5.30 pm to 6.30 pm— Chants and Meditation practice
6.30 pm— Dinner

6.00 am to 8.30 am— Detoxification
9.00 am— Breakfast
12.30 pm— Lunch
6.30 pm— Dinner

Sunday

9.15 am— Breakfast
12.30 pm— Lunch

No dinner — fasting is suggested

No breaks or office leaves needed! Our course is designed for work-life balance. You can complete it while working and doing your job, with yoga sessions included. We offer high-speed WiFi.
