2. Ayurveda: The Science of Divine Balance(Level II)

This course offers practical insight into the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition. You will learn how to create a balanced Ayurvedic diet, understand the qualities and uses of Indian spices, and plan meals based on an individual’s Prakriti (body constitution). The course also includes hands-on sessions to prepare simple Ayurvedic recipes that nourish both body and mind.

Duration: 2 Weeks

3. Ayurvedic Cooking: The Healing Kitchen

This one-week course offers a comprehensive introduction to Ayurvedic nutrition and culinary practices. You will gain valuable insights into creating a balanced Ayurvedic diet, explore the medicinal qualities of Indian spices, and learn how to plan meals and select ingredients based on an individual’s Prakriti (body constitution). The course also includes hands-on sessions to prepare simple, nourishing Ayurvedic recipes that support health, digestion, and well-being.
