Our 100-Hour Yoga TTC is more than just a certification—it’s a deep dive into authentic yogic living. Rooted in ancient wisdom, this course is designed to help you build a strong foundation in Aroghya (health), Ananda (inner joy) and Adhyatma (spiritual growth).

Whether you’re starting with 100 hours or committing to the full 200 hours, this course is a powerful gateway to a more conscious, joyful, and fulfilling life.

This course is designed for total beginners to experience yoga, explore Indian culture, and develop a daily practice. Over 15 days, you will learn basic asanas, pranayama, meditation, and other subjects taught in our ashram. By the end of the program, you will also be prepared to begin teaching foundational asanas.

At Yogadarshanam Yoga Ashrama, Mysore, we provide our own in-house accommodation, designed to give you a peaceful, comfortable, and homely experience during your Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC).

What to Bring?

To make your Yoga training comfortable and meaningful, we recommend bringing:

  • Yoga Mat – for your personal energy and practice. (You may bring your own, or rent/purchase one at the studio.)
  • Personal Essentials – soap, toothpaste, towel, and other basic toiletries.
  • Comfortable Yoga Clothing – light, breathable outfits suitable for daily practice.
  • Journal & Pen – to record your reflections, insights, and notes for continued self-study.

Note: Many of these items are available at our mini shop in the ashram or can be easily found in nearby stores.

Taxi Pickup Service:

We’re happy to arrange taxi pickup or drop-off upon request for a reasonable additional charge.

Ashrama Shop

A small in-house shop is available where you can buy essential items during your stay, avoiding the need for frequent trips outside.
