- Light on Hatha Yoga:
The training features two daily asana sessions, each carefully designed with sequential asanas, counter poses, breathing exercises, and loosening exercises. You'll master around 100-150 asanas across six categories, progressing from beginner to intermediate levels with personalized adjustments and modifications.
The classes begin with led sessions to grasp techniques and breathing, followed by Mysore-style classes for personalized attention and progress.
