Terms and Conditions for Enrollment at Yogadarshnam *

By enrolling in any course or program at Yogadarshnam, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth functioning for both the institution and its students.

1. Registration and Fee

• A €150 euro (or equivalent to 15,000 INR) advance payment is mandatory for course registration. The remaining amount can be paid when you arrive at the school.
• Our accepted currencies are INR, EUR, USD . Due to limitations, other currencies cannot be accepted currently. You can also make payments via GPay, Phone Pay, bank transfers, etc.

2. Refund Policy

• Once registration is completed under any special offer, early bird discount, or concession, the registration fee is strictly non-refundable due to fixed expenses such as operational costs, teacher remuneration, and administrative fees, etc .
• However, the paid amount may be credited towards future courses offered by Yogadarshnam, subject to availability with some additional charge of postponing

3. Transportation

• Yogadarshnam does not provide pick-up or drop-off facilities freely. Students are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the ashram. But we arrange pick up service on demand if you want it from us.
• The exact location and directions to the ashram will be shared after successful registration. You can seek out continuous support to reach our yoga ashrama.

4. Health and Medical Conditions

• Students are required to disclose any existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns to the administration prior to the commencement of the course.
• Our instructors will guide you in modifying practices to ensure safety; however, Yogadarshnam is not responsible for any injury, aggravation of existing conditions, or health issues arising from your own negligence.
• Participation in all practices is voluntary and at the student’s own risk.

5. Accommodation and Food

• We kindly request yoga students to accommodate within the working hours of the day. For night accommodations, please provide prior notice and intimation in exceptional cases.
• Standard vegetarian meals are provided uniformly to all students.
• Special dietary requests may be considered; however, they will include additional charges.
• Any stay beyond the course dates or requests for facilities not included in the chosen package will be charged separately.

6. Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted during the course without prior approval from the administration.
• Only immediate family members such as parents or spouses, friends may be allowed to visit, subject to prior written request and approval.

7. Property and Conduct

• Any damage to the ashram property caused by negligence or misconduct will be chargeable to the concerned student.
• Students are expected to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and respect for the ashram environment.

8. Discipline and Course Requirements

• Every course at Yogadarshnam has specific requirements regarding attendance, punctuality, participation and discipline.
• At Yogadarshanam, we believe in equality for all, regardless of gender, race, religion, caste or any other factor. Let’s focus on the teachings, not the teacher’s appearance or speech.

• Violation of discipline may result in dismissal from the course without any refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Yogadarshnam, its teachers and administrators shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage of personal property.

10. Reschedule of the Course

• Yogadarshanam’s scheduled courses are non-cancellable. We’ll handle emergencies with refunds or alternatives, prioritizing student convenience.
