A 7-Day Certified Yin Yoga Course to Deepen Flexibility, Awareness and Inner Peace.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and stillness. Unlike dynamic “Yang” styles (like Vinyasa or power yoga ), Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues — ligaments, fascia, and joints — helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and inner calm.

Each posture is held for 10 minutes, allowing your body to gently open while your mind settles into a state of mindfulness and awareness.

Ideal for those who prefer to stay independently and attend daily sessions.

Fee: 20,000/- INR

Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training is held twice every month:

Batch 1:3rd — 10th of every month
Batch 2:23rd — 30th of every month

Each training is a 7-day immersive course, designed to deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga and its healing principles.
