Ayurveda Course

1. Basics of Ayurveda

This 1 week course will take you through the basic principles of Ayurveda, understanding the role of diet and lifestyle in maintaining health, your body type as per Ayurveda.

Duration: 1 Week - 6hr theory classes and 2 hrs practical classes
2. Ayurveda Cooking Class

This 1 week course will give you insight about Ayurvedic balanced diet, introduction to Indian spices, planning diet and selecting ingredients based on individual’s prakruti and learning few Ayurvedic recipes.

Duration: 1 Week - 6hrs theory classes and 2 hrs practical classes
3. Prakriti Assessment and Consultation

Get a one on one consultation with our Ayurvedic faculty members and have your Prakriti (body type) assessed and get dietary and lifestyle recommendations suited for your body type to maintain health.

Duration: 1hr consultation - Weekends.
