1) Light on Advance Yoga:
You will participate on two strong asana sessions. Morning asana session will cover intermediate asana series with necessary foundational flow. Afternoon session is focusing on back bending, hand balance (scorpion pose, crane pose, kaundinyasana etc.) leg balance, head balance, hip opening (different splits) lotus cycle etc.

2) Light on Techniques, Training, Methodology
You will learn the following things:
- You will refresh teaching methodology briefly.
- You will learn adjustment and corrections on many key asanas, techniques, breathing and all you learn practically in the class room practice.
3) Light on Philosophy
Philosophy focuses on concepts of guru and sishya, details of karma yoga, bhakthi yoga, jnana yoga, raja yoga, hatha yoga, mantra yoga. The concepts of Ashtanga vinyasa and B.K.S. Iyengar yoga, study of spirituality and spiritual maturity, complete illustration on 7 chakras mantra, balancing techniques 12 pranas and its distribution in our body functions concepts of nadis and its significance 5 different koshas and its components, manifestation of diseases in the mind in detail about 5 elements and its connections with our body. Ayurveda theory as Agni (fire), fundamentals dathas (body tissue), mala (waste), tridosha etc. Ashtanga yoga sutra on – citta vritti (five modifications of the mind) citta vikshepa (obstacles of the mind) klesha, citta prasadanam (cheering the min) Citta Bhumi (different state of mind), complete guidelines on yogic lifestyle, food and yoga sadhana.

This session includes learning of advance pranayama techniques. You learn concepts of 3 different bandha – jalandhara, uddiyana and moola, its usage benefits, limitations, you will also learn how to do internal and external breath retension (kumbhaka) usage of lock. Complete guidelines to practice pranayama with posture, mudra and safety rules.
5) Light on Relaxation
Advance student will learn 8 steps of shavasana practice IRT, RRT and DRT type of relaxation techniques chakra healing with singing bowl and yoga nidra techniques. Also individual and group healing technique wing Om and Cosmic energy.
6) Light on Chanting and Sacred Sounds
Advance yoga teachers training includes chanting of yoga prayers, shlokas, important mantras to remove negative energies. You will also learn about japa, usage of rudrakshi mala, counting, rules different type of japa sadhana. This session also includes singing of sacred sound (sathsangha) with some Indian musical instruments in a mass, for cosmic healing.
7) Light on Anatomy and Physiology
You will learn a brief introduction of anatomy and physiology. You catch up with fundamentals of human anatomy. The main focus of this session is to study different diseases from medical point of view. This will help you to improve your yoga therapy knowledge.
8) Light on Meditation
You will understand the concepts of meditation, about how to prepare for meditation practice ? complete guidelines to become best meditater in short time, 20-30 min practice of different meditation techniques to choose best for yourself and for your students in daily practice for best result.
9) Light on Detoxification
You will learn complete details of shat karma its therapeutic usage, limitations, food and about techniques to practice and teach others. This covers –

10) Light on home work
Yoga students are advised to do enough home work on given topics or completed lessons. This may includes group discussion, self study, teaching practice etc. for the success of the training course.

9.30am to 10.30am – Yoga therapy Practice (15days) | Pre-natal & Post-natal Yoga (12days).
10.30am to 12.15pm – Yoga Theory, Advance Philosophy, Yoga Sutra, Yoga & Anatomy, Kids Yoga Classes (7days).
12.15am to 2.30pm – Lunch Break and Private Time.
2.30 pm to 3.30pm – Theory on Yoga therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Advance Mudra Yoga Study and Vedic and Medical Anatomy.
3.30pm to 5.00pm – Different Sun Salutation, Hip Opening, Back Bend, Inversion, Leg & Arm Balance, Relaxation.
5.00pm to 6.00pm – Learning Corrections, Asana Techniques, Teaching Practice, etc.,
6.00 to 7.00pm – Focus on Chants, Japa, Good times, Self study, Introversion, etc.,
7.00pm to 8.00pm – Dinner Time.
8.00 pm – On-wards Personal Work, Preparations and Good night.

The course includes 30 days of standard accommodation with a fan, bed, pillow, net, water and western toilet. Homemade vegetarian food for 3 meals will be served throughout your stay.
